We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and engaging Commercial Manager to work for a large, fast-growing company in the private healthcare sector.
This role reports to the Group CFO, and we are looking for someone with the ability to manage a broad range of responsibilities while leading and driving a transformation agenda. You will work closely with the CEO, COO, executive team, and private equity board, ensuring commercial strategies align with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
We are ideally looking for someone with a highly commercial mindset who can operate across the business and add real commercial value to all teams, especially the operations and finance teams. The role also carries responsibility for mergers and acquisitions (the company will be acquiring a number of other businesses in the next few years), including due diligence, so we are ideally looking for someone with M&A experience.
Key areas of focus for the role are:
- Commercial analysis and decision-making support
- M&A oversight and driving due dilligence as well as the integration of acquisitions
- Board deck preparation with assistance from the FP&A team
- Modelling work on equity frameworks, etc., as required
- Stakeholder engagement with private equity board
You will be a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills and be prepared to roll up your sleeves and work across this large and varied business. The role is busy and varied, and we are looking for people who can operate in a high-paced environment with a solution-oriented approach and who want the opportunity to do good work. Additionally, you will have high attention to detail, strong communication skills, and high EQ, and you must be able to be hands-on.
