We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and engaging finance manager to work for a large private healthcare organisation. This role will see you lead the finance and commercial operations for a large site in Hamilton.
  
The role ha a broad remit and is a senior role that report directly to the General Manager for the site, with a dotted line into the group finance director. We are looking for someone at the top of their game, who is technically strong with all aspects of accounting and who has the ability to lead and develop a team. As a senior role within the organisation you will also be looking at commercial value add projects for the organisation and driving a process improvement agenda.
  
Key areas of focus for the role are:

  • Management Reporting – Responsibility for all finance reporting as well as attending board meetings
  • Operational Support
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Tax; Treasury; Insurance
  • Commercial
  • Audit and Statutory Financial Statements
  • Internal Controls & Processes

You will be a strong relationship builder with excellent stakeholder management skills and be prepared to roll your sleeves up and work across this large and varied business. The role is a busy and varied one and we are looking for people who can operate in a high pace environment with a solution-oriented approach who want the opportunity to do good work.  Additionally, you will have high attention to detail, strong communication skills and high EQ and have the ability to be hands on.
