Every engagement is partner-led and confidential. We start with an open conversation about where you are and what you are open to, then come to you only when a brief genuinely fits. If you go forward, we manage the process end to end and stay close through onboarding.
Do I need to apply for a specific role to be considered?
No. Most of our briefs are confidential and never advertised. Register your details and we will be in touch when a role lands that matches your background and aspirations.
Is contacting Infinitas confidential?
Yes. Every conversation is confidential by default. Nothing is shared with a client or anywhere else without your explicit agreement.
What kinds of roles does Infinitas place?

Does Infinitas charge candidates?
No. Our fees are paid by the hiring organisation. There is no cost to candidates for engaging with us or being represented to a search.
How long until I hear from Infinitas after registering?
A partner or researcher will review your details and reach out when relevant. Sometimes that is within days, sometimes longer, depending on what we are working on. Register once and we keep your details on file.
