Infinitas is a recruitment specialist agency located in Auckland, New Zealand. We recruit for roles across the country, in all professional sectors. We offer both permanent and contracting recruitment solutions including specialised executive search talent acquisition and also provide market mapping options. We’re leaders in matching the skills and temperament of job seekers with the needs of companies.
Infinitas was formed after observing the needs of companies and candidates alike, with the goal to create a recruitment agency that truly understands the unique and diverse needs of companies and takes the time to build a relationship and understand the complexities of the organisation before placing talent.

Jason Beith brings to Infinitas over 14 years of recruitment acumen honed in London and New Zealand. Jason believes in helping people fulfil their potential and find rewarding employment. He specialises in finding executive talent that goes beyond the job description, ensuring that every candidate he recommends truly fits an organization and its culture.
Tate McClenaghan

Tate knows the importance of finding and developing people to create lasting success. For the last four years, he has been working in the fitness sector, helping run a successful family business as a Studio Manager.
Coming from a varied management background, Tate brings experience from the primary, trade, and fitness industries and a passion for building and maintaining excellent relationships with candidates and clients alike
Kelsi Flynn
Consultant
Kelsi originally started working in project management within the logistics industry, before finding her career in recruitment. Her passion for finding talent and exceeding client’s expectations is why she enjoys an executive recruitment environment. Kelsi loves people and building meaningful long-lasting relationships. Originally from Southland, she moved to Auckland in 2016 and now calls Auckland home.
Aimee Mather
Associate Consultant
Aimee is our newest Associate Consultant who graduated in 2021 with a bachelor of business and human resources and employments relations. She then transitioned from a professional services HR role to support our consultants in recruitment. Motivated and dedicated, she thrives in the people and relationship-oriented aspects of HR, and is ready to help connect the right talent with the right roles.
