What is specialist recruitment?
Specialist recruitment is the active sourcing and placement of senior specialists across specific functions. Less retained than executive search, but built on the same networks and relationship-led approach.
How is it different from executive search?
Executive search is a retained, partner-led process for board, chief executive and C-suite appointments. Specialist recruitment focuses on senior functional and specialist hires, typically below the C-suite. The two often run side by side. See our executive search service.
What seniority levels do you place?
Senior specialists, department leads, sole-charge experts and the senior managers behind them. From principal individual contributors to functional heads.
Do you place business support or financial services roles?
Business support roles (EAs, office managers, administrators) are delivered by our sister brand Origin Talent. Financial services roles (banking, insurance, wealth, investment) are delivered by Luminous Talent.
Permanent or contract?
