Director Moves — September 2026

The Month
A quieter month on the NZX, but not at Bremworth, where most of the board changed while a takeover offer was on the table.
There were 25 verified moves in September, down from 66 in August. The one I'd look at first is Bremworth, where three independent directors left and the takeover bidder took a seat. Winton Land kept rebuilding with Michael Stiassny as chair, and Serko's CFO and the CEOs of Accordant and General Capital gave their boards six to nine months' notice, which is how succession should work. Every move below links to the announcement it came from.
