In 2009, he co-founded a market-leading agency in London. After relocating to New Zealand with his Kiwi wife, Jason launched Infinitas in 2018, a people-first consultancy built on trust, clarity, and long-term relationships.

Jason has since co-founded Origin Talent, focused on business support recruitment, and Luminous Talent, a specialist firm serving the financial services sector. Across all ventures, his mission remains the same: to help people fulfil their potential and connect organisations with talent that truly fits, not just on paper, but in culture, pace, and ambition.
