In 2009, he co-founded a market-leading agency in London. After relocating to New Zealand with his Kiwi wife, Jason launched Infinitas Talent in 2018, a people-first consultancy built on trust, clarity, and long-term relationships.
Jason has since co-founded Origin Talent, focused on business support recruitment, and Luminous Talent, a specialist firm serving the financial services sector. Across all ventures, his mission remains the same: to help people fulfil their potential and connect organisations with talent that truly fits, not just on paper, but in culture, pace, and ambition. He’s passionate about strengthening businesses, empowering people, and contributing to New Zealand’s long-term success.
