The Month

Seven NZX boards changed chair in August. Six companies changed the person running them. And the Winton Land board kept emptying.

Sixty-six verified board and leadership changes across NZX-listed companies in August, concentrated at the top of the table. Seven companies named a new chair or lost the one they had, six changed or lost a chief executive, and three more Winton Land directors resigned on top of the chief executive who went in July.
